1 This petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to respondents to take decision on the caste validation claim pending

with the scrutiny committee in respect of the tribe certificate issued to the petitioner, certifying that he belongs to Koli Mahadev, Scheduled Tribe, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of

one year from today and it is accordingly directed.

2 The respondents shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner until disposal of the tribe validation claim by the scrutiny committee on the ground of failure of the petitioner to submit

validation certificate.

3 With the direction as above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
