1. Heard.
2. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. By consent of the parties,
the petition is taken up for hearing finally.
3. The facts in the present case are identical with the facts in the
Sudamrao Keshawrao Aher and others. vs. The State of Maharashtra and
others reported in 2014(1) ALL MR 697 : (Writ Petition No. 10283 of 2012
decided by High Court of Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad on 21 st November,
2013) and in Writ Petition No. 4628 of 2013 (Dr. Shripad Anandrao
Sonegaonkar vs. State of Maharashtra and others) decided by this Court on
27.1.2014.

4. In that view of the matter, the respondents are directed to
compute the amounts payable to the petitioners in accordance with the
Judgment and order passed by the Division Bench of Aurangabad Bench in
W.P. No. 10283 of 2012 and another and release the said amount to the
petitioners. The same shall be done within a period of two months.
5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Rule is
made absolute in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
