This present batch of appeals arise out of common order dated 18.6.2011 in L.A.O.P.No.48 of 2008 and batch on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Nandikotkur.

2. At the time of considering the matter, Mr.T.S.Rayalu, learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the appellant/State submits that against the orders in L.A.O.P. No.1 of 2008, which forms part of the above said batch of L.A.O.Ps, L.A.A.S.No.4 of 2013 was preferred and vide judgment dated 12.9.2024, the said appeal was dismissed.

3. In view of the same and for the reasons alike, these appeals are also dismissed. No order as to costs. All pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
