learned counsel for the appellants has requested time for bringing the legal

representatives of one of the appellants and that the matter was posted to

23.09.2024, under the same caption.

2. Though the matter was listed under the caption "For Dismissal" there is

no representation on behalf of the appellants. Learned counsel for the

respondents is present. It seems that the appellants are not inclined to

prosecute the appeal.

3. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
