This appeal is filed under Section 100 of C.P.C against the

Decree and Judgment in A.S.No.10 of 1998 dated 16.12.2002 on

the file of Senior Civil Judge, Nandikotkur, confirming the decree

and Judgment in O.S.No.71 of 1996 dated 21.08.1998 on the file

of Prl.Junior Civil Judge, Nandikotkur.

02. No representation on behalf of appellant despite direction

to get ready for disposal of the matter. It seems appellant is not

interested in prosecuting the appeal.

03. In the result, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-

prosecution. No order as to costs.
