 JUDGMENT:

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the

appellants has represented that he had filed Memo along with the postal

tracking report before the Registry vide U.S.R.No.83476 of 2024 and the

same is place on record, wherein it is stated that the letter addressed to the

sole-appellant was returned with an endorsement "Addressee Deceased" and

requested to pass necessary orders. The representation made by the learned

counsel for the appellants is recorded.

2. Therefore, the appeal suit is dismissed as abated. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
