Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioners herein only before the trial Court is dispensed with, except on those dates when the learned Magistrate feels that their presence is necessary.
List the matter after four (04) weeks. In the light of judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Kamatchi Vs. Lakshminarayanan1, wherein the Hon'ble
2022 (15) SCC 50 Supreme Court held that "the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is not maintainable in D.V.C. cases".
