        CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No. 476 of 2013

JUDGMENT:

1. The present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed questioning

the Order dated 24.11.2012 in W.C.No.08 of 2009 passed by the

Commissioner for Employee's Compensation and Assistant

Commissioner of Labour at Anantapur.

2. As there was no representation for the Appellant on

21.10.2024, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal was directed to be

listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Today, when the matter

is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the

Appellant. It appears that the Appellant has no interest in

prosecuting the Appeal.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for

non prosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel,

miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.

4. As there is a substantial time gap from the date of incident till

date, the State Legal Services Authority shall coordinate with the

concerned and intimate the claimants about the outcome of the

Appeal and ensure that the compensation would be deposited in

the Aadhar linked bank accounts of the Claimants.
