The present revision is filed against the order dt.18.09.2019 in CMA No.33 of 2018, on the file XII Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam confirming the Judgment and decree dated 16.02.2016 in I.A.No.76 of 2016 in O.S.No.10 of 2016, on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Yelamanchili, Visakhapatnam.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the CMA No.33 of 2018, on the file of the XII I Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam District was disposed on 18.09.2024.

In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant revision and accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
