       After arguing for some time learned counsel for the appellants states

that they would accept the judgment and order impugned in the present

Letters Patent Appeals, whereby proceedings dated 23.11.2022 were set

aside by the learned single Judge and a direction was given to the District

Collector, N.T.R. District to determine the compensation payable to the

petitioners by giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioners.

2.       Learned counsel for the respondents states that such an opportunity as

has been directed to be given to the petitioners by the District Collector shall

be duly given and compensation would be determined.


3.       Be that as it may, the directions given by the learned single Judge be

complied with in letter and spirit. Needful be done in three months.


4.       Accordingly, the present Writ Appeals are disposed of. No order as to

costs.


         Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
