Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the issues which have

been raised in the present petition were also issues which came up for

consideration before a Division Bench of this Court, which by virtue of

judgment and order, dated 04.11.2022, passed in W.P. No.32956 of 2015 &

Batch, had dismissed the petitions.

In view of the dismissal of the petitions, the judgment and order

rendered in the said petitions would squarely cover the present writ petition

HCJ & RRR, J

also and therefore, learned counsel for the petitioners would pray that similar

order may be passed in the present petition.

Be that as it may, the writ petition is dismissed on similar terms as in the

judgment and order, dated 04.11.2022, rendered in W.P. No.32956 of 2015 &

Batch. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, including amendment

petition, shall stand closed.
