We have perused the impugned Judgment and Award.
We find that apart from cash voucher, there is no other
material which corroborates the employment and salary of
the deceased.
In that view of the matter, we have posed a query to
the learned counsel for the respondents/claimants, who
submits that if granted two weeks' time, he would attempt to place on record such corroborative material to demonstrate the figures depicted in Ex.A.6.
List this matter on 11.07.2024. In the meanwhile, operation of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 30.08.2019 passed in M.V.O.P.No.606 of 2014 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum- Family Court-cum-Additional District Judge's Court, Anantapuramu, shall remain suspended.
