JUDGMENT:

The present revision is filed questioning the order dated 12.06.2007 in an unnumbered A.S.No. of 2007 vide C.F.No.1944 of 2007 passed by the District Judge, Chittoor.

2. It is represented by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has no information about the clients and is not sure if they are interested in pursuing the litigation.

3. Recording the said submission, the civil revision petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions if any shall stand dismissed.
