A.S.No.414 of 2009 was disposed of by Justice T.Mallikarjuna Rao by a Judgment dated 27.06.2023. It is thereafter few applications came to be filed. The decree holders sought extension of time for making deposits. Now in the mean time third party seeking review of the Judgment filed necessary applications.

Since the review is expected to be heard by the Judge, who passed this Judgment, Registry is to verify and list these matters before appropriate bench within next 10 days.
