                         The     petitioners   1     to     3     are     the
                    defendants in O.S.No.66 of 2011 on the file of
                    the VI Additional District Judge, Kakinada in
                    which they filed I.A.No.338 of 2023 which
                    was dismissed.      Challenging the same, the
                    present petition is filed, in which the interim
                    direction not to pronounce the judgment in
                    the suit was issued.
                    2.    Sri    M.    Atchyut,    learned         counsel
                    represents the respondents 1 and 2/the

plaintiffs in the suit.

3. The 3rd respondent is defendant No.4 in the suit. He did not join in I.A.No.338 of 2023. As per the memo filed, along with tracking report, the item is delivered to the 3rd respondent, however there is no appearance for him. Service is sufficient on the 3rd respondent.

4. Post the matter on 13.03.2024.

5. Interim order granted earlier is extended till the next date of listing.
