During hearing of the matter, it is noticed that it is a case pertaining to allegations with reference to the offence under Section 376 IPC but it appears that name of the victim is being printed in the cause list, against the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court as well as law.

In that view of the matter, Registrar (Judicial) is directed to take steps forthwith to avoid such continuance in the matter as well as in similar matters in future.
