09. 13.09.2023 BVLNC, J Criminal Petition No.824 of 2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is a case of seizure of 'Gutkha' and in this regard the Hon'ble High Court already delivered Judgments holding that it is not an offence under Food Safety Standard Act, 2006 (for brevity 'FSS Act') and therefore, petition may be allowed.

2. Heard Sri Burlu Chandra Sekhar, learned counsel representing Sri Marri Venkata Ramana, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sravan Kumar Naidana, learned Special Assistant Public Prosecutor representing respondent No.1/State.
