     Heard learned counsel for the appellants and learned

Government Pleader for respondents.

2. Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of

the respondents has filed a copy of the order dated

17.07.2023 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in

W.A.No.497 of 2023. By the order of the Division Bench,

the learned Single Judge's order in W.P.No.38282 of 2023

was set aside and writ petition was restored to file in the

present appeals.

3. The Learned Single Judge passed the impugned

orders relying entirely upon the order passed in

W.P.No.38282 of 2022 dated 05.12.2022.

4. Since the entire basis of the orders on which the

learned Single Judge relied has been set aside by the Co-

ordinate Bench, this Court is of the opinion that, the writ

appeals should be allowed and the writ petitions be sent back to the learned Single Judge for decision in accordance

with law.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Appeals are allowed. The

impugned orders are set aside and the W.P.Nos.334, 346,

143 & 150 of 2023, stands restored to file. There shall be

no order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Applications, if any,

pending shall also stand closed.
