Sri A.Ravi Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri N.Aswani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the docket Orders dated 14.07.2023 and 21.08.2023 may be recalled.

A perusal of above said orders, it is clear that in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Limited and Another v. Central Bureau of (2018) 16 SCC 299, the stay is not in force and directed the trial Court to proceed with the trial.

The petitions filed are not in bundle. Post the matter on 09.10.2023.
