              APPEAL SUIT No.1120 of 2001

JUDGMENT:

On the last two occasions i.e., on 08.11.2023 and

10.11.2023, there was no representation on either side.

2. Today also, there is no representation on either side,

even though the matter is listed under the caption

'For Dismissal'.

3. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for

non-prosecution. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous

petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
