CONTEMPT CASE No.5270 of 2023
ORDER :
This Contempt case has been filed to punish the
contemnors/respondents under the provisions of Contempt
of courts Act 1971 for violation of the orders and for not
implementing the orders of this Court in W.P.No.10682 of
2013 dated 15.06.2022.
2. Sri P. Gangaiah Naidu, learned Senior counsel for
the petitioner and Sri K.V. Raghuveer, learned Government
Pleader for the respondents are present.
3. When the matter is taken up for pronouncing the
judgment, before giving verdict in this Contempt Case,
learned Government Pleader for the respondent/contemnor
has filed a Memo dated 10.11.2023 before this Court stating
that on the appeal being filed by them vide W.A No.1045 of
2023 was allowed in part, dated 10.11.2023 (today) by a
Division Bench of this Court while remitting the matter back
afresh for consideration and disposal in accordance with
law.
4. Recording the same, no orders need to be passed in
the present contempt case since the orders against which
the present contempt case is filed is of no avail, in view of
the orders passed by the Division Bench.
5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court
as and when his grievance subsists.
6. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous
applications shall stand closed.
