SECOND APPEAL NO. 1415 OF 2007

Judgment:

I.A No.4 of 2023 in S.A No.1415 of 2007 is allowed. Mr.M.

Chinnapa Reddy, learned counsel represented for appellants. Mr.K.

Dhanunjaya Reddy, learned counsel represented for R3.

2. The learned counsel for the appellants filed fair, neat copy of

grounds of appeal. The learned counsel for the appellants also filed

a memo praying to record the compromise entered between the

parties as they filed separate petition and sought permission to

withdraw the appeal, in view of the compromise entered between the

parties.

3. I.A No.4 of 2023 is also allowed as per copy of Memorandum of

Understanding which was already complied by both sides. The same

is recorded as both parties are present before this Court.

4. Hence, S.A No.1415 of 2007 is disposed of in terms of

compromise entered between the parties. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand

closed. The interim stay granted if any, shall stand vacated .
