                APPEAL SUIT No.237 of 2008

JUDGMENT:

On the last two occasions i.e., on 06.11.2023 and

08.11.2023, there was no representation on either side.

Today also, there is no representation on either side,

even though the matter was listed under the caption

'For Dismissal'.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No

costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall stand closed.
