                      O.S.No.482 of 1997 was a suit for
                Specific performance of agreement for sale by a
                Judgment     dated      01.02.2007       learned    first
                Additional Senior Civil Judge, Guntur decreed
                the suit in favour of the plaintiff.
                        Aggrieved      by   that   all     the     three
                defendants in the suit preferred A.S.65 of
                2007.    After   due    hearing,   learned       Judge,
                Family Court cum Additional District and
                Sessions Judge, Guntur dismissed the appeal
                and confirmed the Judgment of the Trial
                Court. Aggrieved by that the defendants in the
                suit preferred the second appeal.
                      On 25.09.2009 learned Judge of this
                Court admitted the Second appeal on
                formulating substantial questions of law. On
                31.10.2023 and on 01.11.2023 there was no
                representation for appellant.
                       On both the occasions, learned counsel
                for respondents alone is present. Today

learned counsel for respondents alone is present. No representation for appellant.
