JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for the appellant reported that the matter

was settled out of the Court and he filed a withdrawn Memo dated

02.11.2023 vide U.S.R.No.113013 of 2023. Further, he

represented that the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn.

3. Accordingly, this Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There

shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall

stand closed.
