JUDGMENT:-

      Learned counsel for the contempt petitioner submits that

this Contempt Petition was filed on 06.03.2022, but on

13.03.2023,     the    respondents     have    complied     with

judgment/order of this Court dated 23.12.2022 passed in

W.P.No.22718 of 2022 and the payment has been made to the

petitioner.

In view of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. No

order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall also stand closed.
