JUDGMENT:

Sri P.Ravikanth, learned counsel representing on behalf of

Sri Venkat Challa, learned counsel for appellant is present and

submits that the matter is settled out of Court between the

parties seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the

appeal. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 is present.

Permission is accorded.

02. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel

for the appellant, without going into the correctness of the

submission, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall

be no order as to costs.
