                 Contempt Case No.3622 of 2023

JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after

filing of this Contempt Case that the respondents have closed

the rowdy sheet against the petitioner and that the order of this

Court is complied with.

Recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed. No

costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any,

shall also stand closed.
