JUDGMENT:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ravi Nath Tilhari)
Sri T. D. Phani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner
has submitted a letter dated 12.07.2023 to the Registrar
(Judicial), Andhra Pradesh High Court, on record submitting as
follows:
"The above writ petition was filed by G. Appala
Naidu, S/o G. Nandesh challenging the order dated
03-12-2010 in O.A.No.5288 of 2006 on the file of erstwhile
Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal is being illegal,
arbitrary, pervasive and violative of Article 14, 21 & 311
of the Constitution of India. Now the Petitioner wanted to
withdraw the Writ Petition. Hence we are requesting your
honorable Registrar to list the matter in tomorrow list in
the caption of "withdrawal", in the interest of justice.
Thanking you."
Sri T. D. Phani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner
submits that the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn.
Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as
withdrawn. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any
pending, shall also stand closed.
