CRIMINAL PETITION No.1247 of 2020
ORDER:
No representation for petitioners/A1 to A5 and learned
Assistant Public Prosecutor of respondent No.1 is present.
2. This Criminal Petition is filed by accused under Section
482 CrPC seeking quashment of further proceedings in
C.C.No.191 of 2019 on the file of V Additional Judicial
Magistrate of First Class, Tirupati.
3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that
subsequently the case was tried by the learned magistrate and
by a judgment all the accused were acquitted. Therefore, it is
submitted that this petition has become infructuous.
4. In the result, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as
infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any,
shall stand closed.
