At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that due to stay granted by the Hon'ble Court at the inspection, trial could not be completed.

In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Limited and Another v. Central Bureau of Investigation (2018) 16 SCC 299, stay is not in force. The Trial Court is directed to dispose of the matter within three weeks from today.

Post the matter on 29.08.2023.
