Subba Reddy representing on behalf of appellant submits that

the appellant wants to withdraw the appeal. Learned counsel

for appellant filed a memo on 22.06.2023 stating that the

matter is settled between the parties out of court.

Permitted.

02. In terms of the memo, appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

There shall be no order as to costs.
