respondents.

3. On the last date, i.e. on 22.06.2023, on the request of the

learned counsel for the appellants, the matter was adjourned for

today as it was requested that two (02) weeks time be granted

for filing paper book, positively.

4. Today, there is no representation.

5. In view of the above, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for

"want of prosecution".

No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall also stand closed.
