At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that due to the stay granted by this Court earlier, investigation could not be completed.

In view of the judgment of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Limited and Another Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation (2018) 16 SCC 299, stay is not in force. The concerned authorities are directed to proceed with the investigation in accordance with law.

Post the matter on 20.07.2023.
