1. This is an old matter of the year 2009. Today, when this matter

is called, none appears for the appellants to press this appeal.

2. In the above circumstances, this Court has no other option but

to dismiss this writ appeal for want of prosecution.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.

No costs. The interim relief granted on 30.01.2009 shall stand vacated.

All the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
