JUDGMENT:-

      This writ petition was filed challenging the order of

cancellation of trade license of the petitioners.

      Sri V.V.Satish, learned counsel for the petitioners has

submitted a letter dated 30.12.2022 to the Registrar Judicial,

Andhra Pradesh High Court, on record submitting as follows:

             "It is submitted that the above Writ Petition was

      filed before this Hon'ble High Court of A.P., on behalf of

      my clients Amaresam Subba Rao, S/o. Anjaiah and

      others, to suspend the notice in Roc.No.2752/2019/F1,

      dated 13.12.2019 issued by the Municipal Commissioner,

      Chirala Municipality, Prakasam District. The said W.P. is

      pending. During the pendency of the said W.P. my clients

      addressed a letter instructing me to withdraw the above

      W.P.No.21141 of 2019..

             Hence, I request your kind authority to direct the

      office to post the matter i.e., W.P.No.21141 of 2019 under

      the caption of "WITHDRAWAL" in the Tomorrow's Cause

      List or on any other date as convenient to this Hon'ble

      Court and dismiss the same as withdrawn."

V.V.Satish, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn.

      Learned counsels for the respondents have no objection.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as

withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall also stand closed.
