I.A.No.1 of 2023 is filed seeking leave of this Court to

withdraw W.P.No.41533 of 2022 to prosecute the alternative

remedy available to the petitioner.

Having regard to the averments made in the affidavit

filed in support of the Interlocutory Application and taking

into account the submissions made by the learned counsel

for the petitioner, I.A.No.1 of 2023 is allowed, grating leave to

the petitioner to avail alternative remedy.

Consequently, the Writ Petition No.41533 of 2022 is

dismissed, with a liberty as granted supra. No order as to

costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall

stand closed.
