                morning     and    in   the   afternoon   there   is   no
                representation on behalf of the respondents.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is covered by the Common Judgment delivered by the Division Bench headed by the then Hon'ble the Chief Justice in W.A.Nos.1268 of 2014 and batch.

On the last occasion i.e., on 24.11.2023 time was sought to verify as to whether the case of the petitioners is covered by the above said Common Judgment.

List this case on 08.12.2023 on the top of the List.
