CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 5430 of 2023

JUDGMENT:-

1) By an Order, dated 03.07.2023, vide Criminal

Petition No. 3807 of 2023, this Court dismissed the bail

application filed by the Petitioner. Once again, the

Petitioner filed the present petition, seeking to release the

Petitioner on bail.

2) As seen from the record, the contraband involved in

the present case is 76 kilograms of Ganja, which is a

commercial quantity. In view of the same, the present

Criminal Petition is closed granting liberty to the Petitioner

to file statutory bail before the Court below. On such

application being filed, the Court below is directed to pass

appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously

as possible.

3) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed.
