At request of learned counsel appearing for
respondents 1 to 5 for filing counter, list the
matter after two weeks.
I.A.No.1 of 2023 Learned Senior Counsel Sri K.G.Krishna Muthy, appearing for the petitioner, would submit that appropriate orders, as directed by the Court, in terms of the ratio laid down in the judgment in the case of Vinjamuri Rajagopala Chary and others v. Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Hyderabad and others [2015 SC Online Hyd 407 : (2016) 2 ALD 236 (FB)] would be passed within a reasonable time from today. Therefore, he would request to suspend the impugned order, relating to the term of imprisonment, till next date of hearing.
Therefore, there shall be interim suspension of the impugned order dated 10.07.2023 passed in C.C.No.1931 of 2017 only in respect of the term of imprisonment imposed against the petitioner till the next date of hearing. The petitioner shall pay the fine amount of Rs.2,000/- to the Registrar Sl. DATE ORDER OFFICE No. NOTE Judicial within two days from the date of this order. This interim order, suspending the term of imprisonment, comes into effect only after payment of fine of Rs.2,000/-, as directed supra.
