WRIT APPEAL No.388 of 2017

JUDGMENT: (per D.V.S.S.Somayajulu, J)

Sri V. Sai Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the

Andhra University, filed a letter dated 17.04.2023 seeking permission

to withdraw the Writ Appeal.

This request is also reiterated by the learned standing

counsel for the appellants in the Court.

Permission is accorded as sought for.

Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any,

shall also stand dismissed.
