                        In the result, M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed. The
                  appellant/Corporation shall deposit the remaining
                  amount of compensation awarded by the Tribunal
                  with interest within two months from today, if it is
                  not already deposited.      On such deposit, the
                  respondents/claimants are permitted to withdraw

their share of compensation amount with accrued interest and costs. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any, shall stand closed. Interim Stay granted if any, shall stand vacated.
