In compliance of the order of this Court dated 14.09.2022, the

1st respondent has produced the child - Nandamuri Bhuvanesh before

this Court.

2. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks

permission of this Court to withdraw this contempt case reserving

liberty to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Court seeking

execution of the consent decree.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn

granting liberty as prayed for. No costs. All pending miscellaneous

applications shall stand closed.
