                       Having regard to the submissions made
                 by the learned counsel for the petitioner,
                 taking into account the grounds of appeal and
                 the averments made in the affidavit filed in
                 support of the petition, there shall be stay of
                 passing final decree only, pursuant to the
                 judgment    and   decree,   dated   04.07.2022,
                 passed in O.S.No.382 of 2014 on the file of the
                 II Additional District Judge, Guntur,    subject
                 to the petitioners depositing the costs awarded
                 by the trial Court within a period of four (04)
                 weeks from today. On such deposit, the
                 respondents are permitted to withdraw the

same. It is also made clear that except passing of final decree, other proceedings shall go on.
