                         For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit, filing
                   of certified copy of judgment and decree dated
                   14.12.2015 is dispensed with for the time being.
                         Petitioner shall obtain certified copy of judgment
                   and decree, dated 14.12.2015 in O.S.No.14 of 2012 on
                   the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, Guntur
                   District and file during pendency of the Second Appeal.
                         Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
