JUDGMENT:-

Sri Y.Nagendra, learned counsel, representing Sri N.Siva

Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner has received the bill amount for the work contract

under Agreement No.91/2018-19, dated 03.10.2018, for which

the present writ petition was filed. He submits that in view

thereof, the petitioner has filed a memo for dismissal of the writ

petition as withdrawn.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall also stand closed.
