                     CRIMINAL APPEAL No. 1048 OF 2015

JUDGMENT:

When the matter is taken up for final hearing today, Sri Kolusu

Ravikiran Kumar, learned legal aid counsel for the appellant and the

learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, on written

instructions, state that the sole accused who sentenced to Imprisonment for

life and to pay a fine of Rs.1,000/- for the offence punishable under Section

302 of the Indian Penal Code vide judgment dated 18.03.2010 passed in

S.C.No.65 of 2009 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court,

Vijayawada, was expired on 28.07.2021 while undergoing treatment at

Government District Hospital, Rajamahendravaram.

Accordingly, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as abated. As a

sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand

dismissed.
