It is submitted that by virtue of impugned
judgment of the first appellate court, the decree
holder/ respondent initiated execution and execution
proceedings is pending before trial court.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that arrest is the prayer made in the execution is pending disposal of this Second Appeal. Stay may be granted.
Learned counsel for respondent requests time to verify and make submissions. In these circumstances interim stay of execution of decree in pursuance of First Appeal judgment is granted till 20.12.2022.
