JUDGMENT:(per A.V. Sesha Sai, J)

Today, when the matter is taken up, the alleged

detenue Sri Y. Venkateswara Reddy, S/o Y. Rami Reddy,

has been produced before this Court by the Station House

officer, Pendlimarry Police Station, Kadapa District.

It is stated by the learned Government Pleader

attached the office of the learned Advocate General that the

police, have registered FIR No.816/2022 on 10.11.2022, for

the alleged offences under Sections 363, 364-A, 365, 384,

385, 506 read with 34 IPC against the accused and a copy

of the said FIR is also placed on record by the learned

Government Pleader.

In view of the above reasons, detenue, who has

produced Aadhaar Card in proof of his identity and who is

also identified by the learned counsel for the petitioner, is

set at liberty.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No

order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case,

shall stand closed.
