In view of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Pramod Suryabhan Pawar vs. The State of Maharashtra & Anr., in Criminal Appeal No.1165 of 2019 dated 21.08.2019, where the facts are similar, there shall be stay of all further investigation in Crime No.283 of 2022 on the file of Town Police Station, West Godavari including arrest of the petitioners.
